    Detailed condition survey of buildings and sites, data collection, reconnaissance.

  2. Design

    Outline design (APS), detailed design (APD), drawings, 3D models and structural calculations.

  3. Tendering

    Tender documents (DAO) and contractor consultation files (DCE).

  4. Works supervision

    Technical control, site supervision and management of the works.

  5. Coordination

    Scheduling, site coordination, measurement and payment certificates.

  6. Handover

    Supporting the client through the acceptance and handover of the works.
